Robert Philippo is a genealogist, geneticist and historian. Founder of PhilGene Pays-Bas, Étude PhilGene Pays-Bas and PhilGene Franco Pays-Bas. Specialized in Dutch, Belgian and French research.
He is former chairman and a member of the Dutch Genealogical Society (NGV), member of Familiekunde Vlaanderen (FV), member of the Forum Weppes en Flandre, member of the International Society of Genetic Genealogy (ISOGG), member of the Association of Professional Genealogists of the Unites States of America and project leader of DNA group Franco Pays -Bas at the DNA companies Family Tree DNA and MyHeritage. He also attends and participates in international fairs, lectures and publishes.
